Monkies Обезьянки

Повстречала я тут на днях свору. А почему бы, думаю, другим не показать, мило ведь?!
I have met a band recently . Why shall I not show to others, I thought?! They are cute.

Обезьян в Индии полно. В разных регионах- свои породы. Эти – Раджастанские, Джайпуряне, так сказать.
There are many monkies in India. Different regions have different breeds. These are from Rajasthan. Jaipurees, I’d say.

Often monkies can be dangerous. Especially when a tourist carries a nylon bag with something looking like food, or food itself. They can jump on you unexpectedly to steal the food. However, when I met these guys, they were too busy watching something from top a hill.
Зачастую обезьянки могут быть опасны. Особенно когда турист несет в руках пакет с чем-то похожим на еду, или же саму еду. Они могут напрыгнуть неожиданно и отобрать пакет. Тем не менее, эти ребята, когда мы повстречались, были слишком заняты наблюдением за чем-то с верхушки холма.

Они перебегали с места на место, всматриваясь вниз.
They were running from a place to a place staring down the hill.

Я решила тоже взглянуть, что же там такое, но ничего не увидела. Сперва я слегка побаивалась обилия этих зверюшек вокруг, но бояться было бесполезно, они были слишком увлечены чем-то.
I decided to have a look too, to see what was there. But I saw nothing special. First I was scared a bit of the big number of these animals around me, however it was useless to be afraid of them as they were too much involved into something down there.

А тем более уж речь пойдет не о страхе, а об умилении, завидев такую картину:
And more over it is about cuteness and not about fear when one sees the following picture:

В общем, дело было в Джайпуре, у храма обезьян.
Well, the thing was hapening in Jaipur, at Monkies’ temple.

А навестить обезьянок приходят и другие животные.
And among their visitors monkies welcome other animals too.
