Like always, I stayed faithful to my hobby of food and clinary. And, oh China! What a diversity! Well, generally, it is a clear thing – the country is huge, there are many people which creates the diversity. And there is more about it in the topic Peculiarities of China.
And here it is about FOOD, which is so plentiful! How can I depict and tell about everything?! With my passion for food, I made so many photos and videos about food in China!
Как всегда, я осталась верной своему хобби еды и кулинарии. И  – ооо, Китай! Такое разнообразие! Ну, впрочем, понятное дело – страна большая, людей много, вот и разнообразие. Об этом больше в теме Особенности Китая.
А тут – О ЕДЕ, которой тоже много! И как же все показать-рассказать-то?! Ведь с моей увлеченностью темой еды, в Китае я насобирала столько фото и видео!

Chinese Tea Ceremony. Китайская Чайная Церемония.

Later there will be a post about Food in China, I decided to write a separate one about Tea. Also I filmed a video to show the ceremony. But… my video is gone, so I will have to describe in words only with the help of some photos, which are luckily not lost
Позже будет специальный пост о еде в Китае. А чаю я решила уделить отдельное внимание. Однако, начав рассказывать, я поняла, что мне нечего показать, я где-то затеряла свое видео про чайную церемонию 😦 Так что придется объясняться на пальцах и фото.

My ineradicable habit is to eat cookies along with drinking tea. Same as these drinks for me can not go independently and some chocolate, a cake or cookies are required to accompany 🙂 Tea in China is so special, that it is a crime to chew something along with drinking it which will prevent from enjoying the real taste of the tea. So, I should agree with Chinese that tea is an independent “dish”.
Моя неискоренимая привычка есть печеньки вприкуску с чаем или кофе. Также как эти напитки для меня не могут употребляться самостоятельно и требуется печенька, пирожок, шоколадочка… А чай в Китае оказался столь особенный, что соглашусь с Китайцами, что пить его стоит без ничего, чтобы насладиться вкусом.

Communications in China. Коммуникации в Китае.

China is rather difficult to travel in because there are no common language points with people. Chinese decisively do not speak English! Only applications-translators installed in a mobile can save.
В Китае довольно сложно путешествовать, тк нет никаких точек соприкосновения в общении – Китайцы решительно не говорят по-английски! Спасают лишь установленные в телефоне приложения-переводчики.

Oh, but it is also a torture with them! When traveling by hitchhiking I surely had to communicate a lot, really a lot. Most often it happened that my travel buddy and I typed what we needed in our phones to show to people. In order we understand the answer, it had to be typed by them. However, Chinese always preferred to answer orally. No matter what – this is in their nature to speak out.
We used to say in Chinese from a number of phrases that we had learned that we were not able to understand them. Their way out was to look for a piece of paper and a pen to write their hieroglyphes for us. 🙂 Do you know why they expected that we would finally understand them that time?! That’s because Chinese do not understand each other if they come from different provinces. Their pronunciation is different though writing is the same, so they use a paper and a pen to communicate to each other sometimes. In that case I would take their paper to write in reply in Russian: “Privet”, pointing to it and saying: “O-lo-sy”, meaning Russian, so that they could see that I am also literate and can read and write, although if I use only my own mother tongue, they wouldn’t be able to understand it either, so they should see analogy why I could not understand their writing.
Ой, но с ними – еще то мучение! Путешествуя автостопом общаться-изъясняться приходилось, естественно, невероятно много. Чаще всего получалось так, что мы-то с попутчицей писали, что нам нужно было, а чтобы ответить, написать нам должны бы были они. Однако, китайцы предпочитали отвечать устно. Хоть ты их стреляй 🙂

About It or The World Spins Around Me | Про Это или Мир Вертится Вокруг Меня

Я легла спать почти в 2 ночи в тот день. Потому как приехала я чуть позже часа. Это не был мой дом, или дом моих родственников или друзей, куда я могла бы вломиться в любое время суток. Это был дом незнакомцев, которые ожидали меня, чтобы принять у себя и оказать помощь на данном участке МБП. Девочка – участник проекта Couch surfing и ей не повезло оказаться в контакте со мной, когда я запланировала приехать в Ганжоу на моём пути автостопом из Жухаи, что рядом с Макао, где я активирована вторую китайскую визу, по направлению в Бейджин, откуда у меня планируется полёт в Минск, т надо проделывать по 500-600 км каждые два дня, чтобы проделать путь в более чем 2,000 км за 10 дней.

I went to bed at almost 2am that day. Because I arrived little after 1am. It was not my home or a place of my friends or relatives I could break in at any time. It was a family of strangers who had been waiting for me to accept and help on that part of MBT. The girl is a Couch surfing member and she had been unfortunate to be contacted by me on my planning to visit Ganzhou on my hitchhiking trip from Zhuhai, not far from Macao where I had visited before, towards Beijing from where I would have my flight and thus I planned to make about 500-600 km once in two days to reach Beijin in about a 10 days time.

За Границу из-за Границы Abroad from Abroad

Fast as a tornado I dipped myself in another culture and rhythm of life while went abroad for one day. I mean, I have always been abroad on MBT and now I visited even abroader ))
I just needed to validate my second month of Chinese visa. So Macao fell on the way as it benefited me with its proximity of my travel route, easiness of getting a visa and fees affordability. To say that Macao saved me on MBT China to be able to travel longer in the country that I enjoy – is to say nothing.
Быстро, как торнадо я окунудась в культуру другой страны и ритм жизни, пока побывала за границей на один день. В смысле, я-то вообще все-время ведь за границей последнее время МБП, а теперь я еще больше заграничнула. ))

To begin, I will say that online pre-reading made me happy that I could get a visa on arrival! This is not a frequent case for my Belarussian passport. Among the requirements there was a hotel reservation, some sources mentioned work employment, and a proof of sufficient funds of stay in Macao equaling around 650$. Although the unpleasant thing was that bank statement would not go. They required cash, which meant I had to withdraw from my USD account in Yuan and then when I would not need all of this money to spend, I would have to exchange it back to dollars, so I would lose on double conversion.
Having calculated all of the currencies (dollars, euro, yuan) that I had in hand, I actually lacked around 150$. And I decided to try my luck without extra withdrawals, having ATMs available in case of need.
Fortunately no nothing except for the cash required from me an officer at the border. And even the lack he forgave me with a warning for the next time visit.
Lucky me! A pleasant surprise is in the visa price – unlike in the Embassy it is just 12$, and its processing simplicity! 
Для начала стоит сказать, что чтение информации онлайн обрадовало меня, что у меня есть возможность получить визу по прибытию! Это не такая уж частая возможность для беларуского паспорта.

As I’ve been traveling in China now, where internet connection (especially to google, facebook, my blog and other) is not easily available, I am happy I had prepared a number of articles in advance which are posted regularly on the blog. However, I got an opportunity to share a very up-to-date story from my current China experience, which I mostly have from hitchhiking. So, please read below!
Тк я путешествую сейчас в Ките, где интернет соединение (в особенности гугл, фейсбук и мой блог и другое) не всегда легко доступны, я рада что смогла приготовить ряд статей, которые выходят регулярно в блоге.
