Classes are held in an easy form of 20 mins practice under my guidance directing in meditation, then a short discussion with sharing experience to identify the patterns of mind behavior, to know its habits and highlighten a vision to reconfigure our mind to the Right understanding, and another final 20 mins meditation session.

By the Road with Clouds По Дороге с Облаками

Возле чудного города Палу Индонезийского острова Сулавеси, оказывается, есть прекраснейшей пляж Танджун Каранг, где море красивое и рыбок много: всяких-разных, далеко ходить не надо, прям с берега уже ляпота!
Near a wonderful city of Palu in the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, as it occurs, there is a beautiful beach Tanjun Karang, where the sea is so nice and there are so many species of fishes: right near the seashore, no need to swim far!

I am not alone here! Я не одна тут!

Eventually after 1,5 months of traveling, in the capital of Sikkim Gangtok, I met another westerner! and you know what?! She is more talkative than I am and she walks faster than me and she is as restless as I am not sure if I even was once!
И вот спустя 1,5 месяца путешествий, в Гангтоке, столице Сиккима, я повстречала западного человека! И знаете что?! Она более разговорчива, чем я, ходит быстрее меня, и столь неугомонна, насколько я может даже никогда и не была!

Сандалии Sandals

Where is justice?! There is WiFi available, but no strengths for anything…
Где справедливость?! Есть вайфай , но абсолютно нет сил…

И те, кто в фб, знают, что сегодня было совершено хищение сандалий оставленных среди многих других у входа в храм. Буду ли я теперь сдавать сандали в будку хранения?… Посмотрим, когда появятся новые. А подходящие найти не так-то просто!
And those who are on FB already know that today my trekking sandals were stolen from the entrance to a hindu temple. Will I deposit sandals to a special booth now? Let’s see when I get a new pair! And it is not an easy thing to buy a new pair!

Indian Sweets Индийские Сладости

Эх, балуют, балуют меня. Сижу себе никого не трогаю дома. Ну, в доме моих друзей в Шиллонге, которые как друзья стали. Пытаюсь посты подготовить, чтобы завтра отослать с обещанного мне хорошего инета, чтоб с много фото и видео. И тут приходит родственница моих друзей, которая со мной на днях познакомилась, и приносит коробочку индийских сладостей! Хорошо быть коммуникабельной и интересной, и между делом рассказать, как я люблю сладкое ))
Oh, I am being spoiled. I am sitting at home, the home of my friends in Shillong, who have become like family for me. I’ve been trying to prepare posts to send them tomorrow from some good internet that I’ve been promised to get, so that photos and videos will be uploaded too. And here comes a lady – relative of my friends who I met the other day and brings a box of Indian sweets! How good it is to be communicative and interesting for others, and share with them as if by the way how much I love sweets ))

Second Year of Traveling Второй Год Путешествия

Вот и пошёл второй год МБП – Моего Большого Путешествия по миру, по Вселенной Сознания, по ЖИЗНИ. Итогов не подвожу. Ибо на данный мопент важны не результаты, а процесс.
Here began my second year of MBT – My Big Trip in the world, in the Universe of Consciousness, in the LIFE.
I don’t conclude a summary, as at this point results are not as important as the process.

Although I haven’t reached Italy yet staying in my cousin’s house in Czech, it is already on my mind when I chose to cook Italian Rigate with Lentils.

Коротенько в Питере | Shortly in St Petersburg

Доавтостопила я до Питера, и путешественники, с которыми я познакомилась в Индии, приняли меня у себя дома и устроили мне самую невероятную экскурсию по городу: НОЧЬЮ (как-раз белые ночи) НА ВЕЛОСИПЕДАХ!!!
I reached St Petersburg by hitchhiking and travelers, who I met in India before, hosted me at their home and pleased me with the best excursion in the city: NIGHT PETERSBURG (it was time of white nights) ON BICYCLES!
